#2 - Why This Series on Steroid Cycles? What I’ve Learned After Years of Experience ?

Why This Series on Steroid Cycles? What I’ve Learned After Years of Personal Experience 🧬 I’ve done multiple steroid cycles. Some worked. Some didn’t. I’m not 20 anymore. I’m a coach in my 40s, and I’ve been training seriously—and professionally—for over 15 years. Yes, I’ve done several steroid cycles in my life. No, not all of them went as planned. Some cycles gave me incredible gains. Others left me disappointed, bloated, or crashing hard in post-cycle. I’ve tried many compounds. I’ve mixed orals and injectables. I’ve messed up dosages, ratios, even PCTs. Sometimes I rushed into it too fast. Other times I overestimated my recovery or underestimated the impact on my lifestyle. But every time—I learned. 🎯 Why this series? This is not a series to promote steroid use. It’s a field guide for those already using—or thinking about it—and looking for real, grounded insight from someone who’s been through it. Because let’s be honest: Steroids are everywhere today. Mo...

#1 - Why I Decided to Speak Openly About My Steroid Cycle

💬 “You don’t mess with your hormones. But you can learn not to destroy yourself.” 🔥 Why I’m writing this series This blog is not promoting steroid use . I’m not here to glamorize it, to show off, or to push anyone to inject anything. I’m simply sharing a real-life experience , because more and more young guys are using steroids— often too early, too fast, and with no real knowledge . I’ve been there. I’ve done the research (and ignored it sometimes). I’ve made mistakes. I’ve also had results. And I’ve learned a lot— the hard way . This series is here to tell the truth , to break the silence, and maybe help a few people avoid screwing up their bodies and minds. 👨‍🔬 My journey in short First cycle : Testosterone enanthate + Turinabol. Bad dosage, no protection, poor results. Second cycle : Better planned, solid PCT, clean diet = clear body recomposition. Since then : Alternating on/off periods, regular bloodwork, more maturity. I’m not a coach , not a doctor, and ...

Arnold’s Secret to Never Plateauing: Muscle Shock

Image
“Never let the muscle get used to the work – or it stops growing.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger One of Arnold’s greatest training secrets was the art of shocking the muscle . For him, stagnation was not an option. If you want real growth and progress, this strategy is absolutely essential. 🔁 Why shock the muscle? When you do the same workout routine over and over, your body adapts. The result: progress slows or even stops. Arnold understood early that the human body is an adaptation machine . The key? Constant surprise . 🔥 Arnold’s favorite techniques to shock the muscle He used these methods regularly, often combining them for maximum impact: 1. Change the exercise order Never start with the same movement twice. One day bench press, another day dumbbell flyes. 2. Vary weights and reps He liked surprise volume. For example: start with 315 lbs for 20 reps, then decrease weight and increase reps. 3. Drop sets A classic. Remove weight without resting. He used this on biceps and shoulders. Th...
