Wesley Vissers won the Arnold Classic 2024 in the Classic Physique division. The Dutchman beat Brazilian Ramon Dino . Born in 1993, Vissers is 1.88 m tall and weighs between 98kg (in contest) and 104kg ( off-season). Could he be a challenger to Chris Bumstead at Mr. Olympia 2024 in October in Las Vegas for the sixtieth edition of bodybuilding's most prestigious competition? ↑

Ramon Dino came second this year in March 2024 at the Arnold Classic in the Classic physique category to Wesley Wissers . American Derek Lunsford wins the Mr Olympia 2023 title for the first time in the Open bodybuilding category.

By winning the Arnold Classic 2023, Samson Dauda , the Nigerian bodybuilder made a very big impression. So much so that one wonders if he could not win the Mr Olympia competition next November in the flagship category, open bodybuiding. What's your bet ?

Has the bodybuilding we know today gone astray? When you see the shapes presented in the open division of Mr. Olympia in recent years, we have to wonder. Here is a 5 day a week weight training program that will allow you to combine strength and hypertrophy . The first two days are dedicated to strength. The first day will work the upper body and the second day the lower body , allowing the other part to rest. The strength days: As a reminder, strength work in bodybuilding consists of doing few sets with few repetitions on each set but loading .
