High Protein Chicken Salad Recipe
High Protein Chicken Salad perfect for weight loss

Ingredients :

  • 4 oz mushroom
  • 1/4 medium yellow onion
  • 1/4 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 5 oz chicken breast
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions :

  1. Heat oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.add chicken. Season with half salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Mix well until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes and set aside.
  2. In the same pan add the mushrooms and cook, until just beginning to brown
  3. Add onion and bell peppers until just soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes season with half salt and pepper
  4. Add the chicken back into the pan along with any juices released while resting. Continue cooking until all vegetables are soft and the chicken is cooked through, about 1-2 more minutes
  5. Taste test and serve warm.
