Arnold Classic 2025 & Lessons Learned
Although he entered the 2025 Arnold Classic as defending champion, digestive issues and dehydration during peak week affected his stage look and he placed 5th. Judges praised his upper body but pointed to lower body fullness as a key area for improvement.
Off-Season, Mr. Olympia & the Long Game
After the Arnold Classic 2025, Wesley Vissers announced he would skip Mr. Olympia 2025 even if qualified, opting instead for a longer rebuilding phase to bring up weaknesses and return stronger.
