Superset 1 :
Dumbbell preacher curl - 3 sets, 8 reps (assisted reps on final set)
Superset 2 :
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 3 sets, 10 reps (alternating reps on final set)
Barbell Close Grip Press - 10 reps
Superset 3 :
Triceps Rope Extensions - 3 sets, 12 reps (dropset final set)
Chin Ups (Bicep Focus) - 8-10 reps (negatives to failure on final set)
Superset 4 :
Overhead Dumbbell Extension - 3 sets, 10-12 repsEZ or Barbell Bicep Curls - 12 reps
